A pledge is an estimate of your giving for the upcoming year, not a contract. You may change your pledge at any time depending on your ability to contribute. Deacons Fund The Deacons Fund provides food for DCC's Brown Bag Lunch program and for assistance to individuals who come to the attention of the pastors as having a specific short-term need. The Deacons Fund is formally received the first Sunday of each month during worship. However, donations may be made at any time at the address above. Please note "Deacon's Fund" on all contributions.
Donate a Vehicle Last year a DCC family donated their vehicle to Davis Community Church. After considerable research, they used Vehicle Donation to Any Charity (V-DAC) to help them sell their vehicle. The family's feedback was positive, "BTW --the experience so far with V-DAC was great. They picked up the car quickly and without any hassles (and it sold for more than I expected). ... it really was easy from our end." The vehicle sold for $2,350 and DCC received $1,631. That is almost 60% of the sale price. Davis Community Church is a registered charity with D-VAC. Please consider donating your old vehicle to Davis Community Church. |
